General Terms & Conditions
Estimates & Quotes
All estimates provided by Home Alliance Services LLC are free and non-binding. An estimate only becomes a binding agreement once a formal written quote has been accepted by the customer.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Site Access & Safety
The customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area. Home Alliance Services LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the property or items within the work zone.
Junk Removal & Disposal
For all junk removal services, the customer confirms they own or have the legal authority to dispose of all items provided for removal. We operate with a policy of transparent disposal in accordance with local regulations.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Jobs may be rescheduled by Home Alliance Services LLC due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or emergencies. We will provide 24-hour notice whenever possible. Please note that a cancellation fee of $50 may apply for any same-day cancellations made by the customer.
